Dr. Damodar Raut, Minister for Agril. and FARD, Govt. of Odisah and Ex-Pro-Chancellor of OUAT was all along in his carrier remained a devoted Alumnus to OUAT. Besides, Sri Subrat Tarai, Ex-Minister and MLA of Raghunathpali and Sri Sadashiba Pradhani, MLA, Nawarangpur are the people’s representative in Odisha Legislative Assembly. Dr. Narayan Mohanty, Lt. General served Indian Army with glory and gratitude. Dr. S. K. Ray and Dr. J. N. Mohanty served as the Director, Deptt. of ARD, Govt. of Odisha. Sri R. K. Panda, Sri Manoranjan Dash, Dr. H. N. Panda, Sri Suvendu Pati, Dr. Sarada Prasanna Mohnty are senior Executives and Sri Manas Ranjan Mohanty is the Managing Director (BRBNMPL) in Reserve Bank of India. The examples of successful Agri-entrepreneurs include Sri Niranjan Pradhan, Sri Jayapraksh Patra, Sri Pravas Dash etc. Sri U.A.R. Verma and Sri Uday Sankar Sethi have gained fame in Aquaculture and Fisheries Enterprises. In private sector, Sri Ujjwalkant Senapati, Sri Swapnakant Samal, Sri Srinivas Mohanty and Sri Ramakant Nayak are top Executives and Sri Pradipta Kumar Sahoo, as CEO in Mother’s Diary.
